Located in a 100 year old former rectory converted to apartments in 1989, this three-level apartment was a complete makeover. Green design throughout. Painted sheetrock finishes were replaced with the richer materials of stucco, brick and tile.

Custom lighting is built-in to kitchen and entry foyer, and the magnificent pointed arches were uncovered to expose their brick structure.
